Sports Massage 60 Minute Session $80

Helps athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. It emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons. You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

Targets knots and releases chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and facial. May be slightly uncomfortable and cause soreness that lasts for a couple of days before resulting in the desired relaxation and relief.

Prenatal Massage 60 Minute Session $80

Relieves the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, and edema. In addition, by relaxing nervous tension, you can experience a better night’s sleep. NOTE: It is important that to have approval from your obstetrician before receiving any form of massage during pregnancy.

Chair Massage $1 Per Minute Sessions ($10 minimum)

Chair massage is a short massage, anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, done through the clothing. It typically focuses on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders and arms.

Hot Stone Therapy 90 Minute Session = $125

Melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Provides deeper muscle and tissue relaxation, which in turn releases more toxins and improves circulation.

Reflexology 45 Minute Hand & Foot Session $60

Uses specifically targeted points on the extremities to send signals to the brain by stretching and moving the hands and feet, applying pressure on reflex areas that correspond to specific organs and other parts of the body. Endorphins are released throughout the entire body, reducing stress, and returns the body to equilibrium.
